Show Notes

Say hello to my first repeat guest Annette! Annette grew up on a dairy farm, and has been thinking about food choices and how they effect her mind, body, and the world around her for decades. This exploration has led her down many paths from from vegetarianism, veganism, and back to becoming a meat eater. This is an episode that could have taken place over the course of ten to twenty episodes. It is such a deep and dense topic with plenty of false information flooding the internet and the media. We try to tackle some of the most important issues with hope that it will make you take a deeper look at what's on your plate. I will link to some very important videos about regenerative agriculture in the show notes. Please take the time to watch them if this episode sparks your interest.

In This Episode:

-Annette's childhood on the dairy farm

-Raw milk vs. Pasteurized Milk

-Gaps in the Vegan Diet

-Choosing a diet that makes you feel best
