Show Notes

Many educators experience burnout. So, what can instructional coaches do to help teachers who are overwhelmed? Dr. Heather Michel joins me to talk through how to support teachers when they are struggling with all the demands of teaching. She shares her experience working with first-year teachers and the challenges of coaching in a pandemic. During the coaching call, we brainstormed ways that instructional coaches can help teachers who are feeling drained emotionally.
