Guest Biography

Schara is a pop recording artist from Vancouver, Canada. Born to an East Indian mother and a Portuguese/ Scottish father, Schara was raised solely by her mother, a writer in Film and TV.

As a young girl, her home was filled with eclectic music from Bob Marley, Marilyn Manson, Eminem, Nirvana, Enya, Loreena Mckennitt, Katy Perry, Taylor Swift, and many other artists. From early childhood, Schara has only had one dream and that is to be an internationally renowned pop artist. She has passionately worked towards this dream since she was a child and continues to work towards it.

This passion leads to Schara being involved in all different aspects of music. She excelled at voice, guitar, and piano lessons and sang in a children's choir. Recognizing her musical talent her second-grade teacher asked her to perform at several elementary school competitions. Since childhood, Schara has been writing her own songs and honed this skill as an adult by working with various producers around Canada discovering who she is as an artist and writer.
