Making the decision to try Cold Water Immersion (CWI) was a seed plant from a friend. Where opportunity and inspiration met was at the point of my decision. In my pajamas late one Saturday morning, I jumped in the pool, clothes and all. It was after doing it that I realized I wanted to try it again in the crisp temperature of morning.
