On this week’s episode of “Mizzou Storytellers,” Dave Matter and guest co-host Brock Webb visit with another Brock, Mizzou football special teams analyst and Tigers legend Brock Olivo in an entertaining, emotional, story-filled interview. The record-setting former running back details his childhood in Missouri, his late-blooming development into a college prospect and his (brief) recruitment by his home-state school. Brock reflects on his four-year Mizzou career and the program’s gradual resurgence under the late Larry Smith in the late 1990s. Brock touches on his underdog NFL story and how he found his calling in coaching – and opens up about his short-lived political campaign in 2008 and the lessons he learned from the experience.
