The centuries-old phrase “boys will be boys,” is often used to excuse boys and men of acting in rough, noisy or chauvinistic ways -- traits commonly associated with masculinity. But is this healthy? Is it time for us to evolve our idea of masculinity? Today’s guest introduces us to the idea of “sacred masculinity,” a balanced state of being which integrates both healthy masculine and feminine aspects -- such as open emotional expression -- ultimately allowing men to reach their full potential.
