It was a heartbreaking story - an alleged drunk driver crashes into a children’s birthday party killing two young siblings. Today the driver was in court for a preliminary hearing. She has pleaded not guilty. And two women renting space in a house knew right away they weren't going to be BFFs. Then one roomie threw a live tarantula at the other. As Jim Moret reports, she got the idea from a movie. Plus, the jury continues their deliberations today at Karen Read's murder trial. While the case has garnered attention, many don't know Read's full story. It turns out the cop she's accused of killing was an old boyfriend who messaged her during the pandemic and rekindled their relationship. And the widow of the actor and surfer who died after a shark attack last week is speaking out, saying her husband would not want people to stay out of the water because of what happened to him.
