New York is now setting up checkpoints where visitors are ordered to self-quarantine if they’re arriving from the 34 states still reporting high infection rates. There’s an inspiring scene coming out of the rubble in Beirut. And a pair of twins became YouTube stars by pulling pranks…but cops say this time they went too far.
