They deny the accusations, but she allegedly has proof. And, a nine-person jury was selected today for the latest legal case confronting former President Donald Trump. The lawsuit by former magazine columnist E. Jean Carroll alleges Mr. Trump raped her in a department store dressing room almost three decades ago. As Steven Fabian reports, the former president who denies the claim, may not be in court for the case. Plus, he's already the oldest person to serve as president and today President Biden declared he wants another four years in the White House. As Les Trent reports, the prospect of another matchup between Biden and Trump is leaving most people not very excited. And, horrifying situation in which a mom witnessed her two teenagers being handcuffed by authorities. As it was recorded on her home surveillance cameras, she was out having breakfast with her husband and felt helpless as all she could do was yell to them through the camera's speaker. It was a stunning scene, President Biden with Ukraine's President Zelenskyy together in an active warzone, with air raid sirens sounding as they walked about. Biden's surprise visit comes just days before the first anniversary of Russia's illegal invasion of Ukraine - and no one knew he was going until he arrived in Kyiv. Les Trent with more on how they pulled off the trip which was shrouded in secrecy. And it looked like a scene from Fast and Furious in downtown Austin…where for five hours several cars were engaged in street racing and doing donuts. Police were outnumbered and forced to retreat, but not before at least one officer was wounded and several cop cars were damaged. Plus, there were deadly crashes involving Teslas over the weekend on both coasts. In California, the driver of a Tesla died after crashing into a firetruck. While in Long Island, New York, four people were killed in an apparent head-on crash involving a Tesla. In both incidents, investigators are trying to determine if the autopilot feature was on. The deaths come as an increasing number of people, who appear to be snoozing behind the Tesla wheel, are caught on camera. Tesla's instruction manual states that before enabling autopilot you must agree to keep your hands on the steering wheel at all times and to always maintain control and responsibility for your car. And a star is born in the NBA, and his name is Mac. Mac McClung crushed it in this weekend’s NBA Slam Dunk contest. But to be in the contest…you have to be in the NBA. President Biden says those three objects shot down in the wake of that Chinese spy balloon, were not surveillance devices…and we may now know what one of them was. A group of hobbyists says a balloon they launched and were tracking disappeared in about the same place and time. If that’s the case, as Steven Fabian reports, the government may have used an F-22 to take down a $12 balloon. And yesterday we introduced you to the woman who fought off an attacker because she was in such terrific shape. Now she's inspiring women across the country to learn how to fight back. Plus, it's been called the cruelest disease you've never heard of...but now that Bruce Willis has gone public with his diagnosis of frontotemporal dementia or FTD, a lot of people now know about it. Jim Moret spoke with a man also living with the brain disorder who has a message for Bruce Willis. And is the water safe to drink? That's the key thing residents near the site of that derailment on the Ohio-Pennsylvania border say they want to know. The governor of Ohio says their tests say it is...but as Les Trent reports, disgusting things are being spotted in the local creek. Plus, At 80, Joe Biden is the oldest president to serve in office…and today he had his annual physical with the White House saying they will make the results public. Meantime, newly declared presidential hopeful Nikki Haley is clearly making age an issue in the campaign. And we've learned more about how Maggie Murdaugh died…and it was torture. In a graphic courtroom demonstration, a crime scene expert described how first she witnessed the death of her son, then she was wounded several times before the fatal shot was delivered.
