About Kate Granigan:
Ms. Kate Granigan is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and received her Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston College in 1994.  She has worked as a clinician in the field of aging for over 25 years.  
Ms. Granigan founded her own Life Care Management company in 1999, which later became part of a non-profit organization in 2009. Ms. Granigan held the position of  Vice President of Care Management until she assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of LifeCare Advocates in 2016.  LifeCare Advocates is a team of nurses and social workers who provide assistance, advocacy, and guidance to elders and their families.  
Ms. Granigan is on the Board of Directors of the Aging Life Care Association and an Advisory Board member for the Massachusetts Guardianship Association.
Ms. Granigan regularly lectures on topics related to aging, caregiving, and elder care.
