In the feature interview, presented by Sense Arena, features Lehtola sharing insights on his path from coaching in Finland's top League, the SM-Liiga, to the opportunity to work with Hershey, including the role Colorado Avalanche goalie coach Jussi Parkilla played in opening doors as the first Finn to be hired in the job in the NHL (and to win a Stanley Cup). Lehtola also talks about the philosophies he learned in Finland, how they compare to North America tactically and technically, and his work with Capitals goaltending coach Scott Murray, including a season together in the OHL one decade ago.
