Paul Colman owner of The Little Quaker distillery, along with his wife Leanne they started the multi award winning Quaker Gin range in 2018 and have gone from strength to strength.
Paul's background is in manufacturing having spent 24 years working in the woodwork industry he moved to recycled plastics in lockdown last year and has also spent time as a Director with Darlington Football club. Learning to distill has added more strings to his bow and makes for some interesting stories including the time he set fire to the kitchen.
