Bryn joined Thames Valley Police in 1986 transferred to Northumbria Police end of 1988 and retired November 2014. During my time in the police I was involved in the International Police Association and elected to National Vice President in 2007. I met lots of other cops from around the world as a result.
He created House Of Ruhr after a German police colleague told him he dreamed of seeing a drink made at his family distillery in the Ruhr Valley behind served in a bar in Newcastle. That dream is now fulfilled when he launched their own range of gins recently.
