16-year-old Jamar Neil faces adult charges for allegedly shooting at police during a high-speed chase in Indianapolis. Neil, riding in a silver Ford Escape linked to a prior homicide, fired multiple rounds at a SWAT truck after officers attempted to stop the vehicle. Three juveniles and an adult male were taken into custody, with two juveniles and the adult male sustaining gunshot wounds.
