Indianapolis police officer, Oliver Joseph Clouthier, was struck by a car while on duty in the downtown bar district on March 6th. The driver, later identified as Derrick Bryant, accelerated and pinned Clouthiers arm against the door, dragging him before he escaped with minor injuries. Bryant is now facing charges for DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, and resisting law enforcement.
