Malichi Lovely, a four-year-old boy with severe disabilities, was found deceased in a closet of his Indianapolis home. Despite medical neglect and previous removal from his mothers care, he was returned home in June 2025. His mother and boyfriend are charged with neglect resulting in death, as he was discovered with blood on his mouth and clothing. The cause of death is still under investigation.
