The Indianapolis Neighborhood Resource Centers Legacy Allies program is now accepting applications. This two-year initiative pairs community elders with up-and-coming leaders to work on resident-led projects in three historic African American neighborhoods. Participants will attend leadership modules and receive mentorship. Each neighborhood group gets a mini-grant and stipends for projects. Applications close on April third.
