Show Notes
Indianas Department of Transportation is launching a new Safe Zones speed enforcement program, expanding to a fifth location along Interstate 74 in Decatur and Shelby counties. The program, which uses truck-mounted cameras to catch speeders, has already been successful in four other spots. Drivers receive a zero-fine warning for the first offense, with subsequent violations incurring increasing fines. The program was approved by lawmakers in 2023 and can be tracked on SafeZonesIN.com.
