Show Notes

Lorth Sim, a 59-year-old Cambodian national, died in an Indiana prison while in ICE custody. The death was ruled natural, caused by atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease and diabetes. Sim, a former refugee, had been in and out of custody since his initial arrest in 2006. Democratic lawmakers are pushing for transparency on his medical care, while ICE had ordered his deportation years ago.
