The AMP at 16 Tech food hall in Indianapolis is shining a spotlight on Black entrepreneurs during Black History Month. This vibrant hub, located near 16th Street and Indiana Avenue, has seen a 90% increase in Black-owned employer businesses from 2017 to 2022. Dionne Butler, Lori Kincy, and Kara and Monique Hawkins are among the success stories, reviving family traditions, testing new ideas, and expanding their wings and greens spot to five locations. The AMPs leaders are committed to fostering community ties to support these small businesses.
