Last month, the Colts announced the creation of the Tony Dungy Diversity Fellowship — a program designed to create more opportunities for diverse coaches to progress in their careers. Jackson discusses his coaching background, what he wants to get out of this opportunity with the Colts and where he can help the Colts defense this season.
