Jeff Guenther, a.k.a. "Therapy Jeff," holds master's degree in marriage and family therapy from the University of Southern California, and a bachelor's degree in child and family development from San Diego State University. His TikTok account featuring videos on mental health awareness has nearly 3 million followers. And he is the host of the Big Dating Energy and Problem Solved podcasts. Rebecca Fishbein is the author of Good Things Happen to People You Hate and a freelance writer in Brooklyn. She has written for the New York Times, the Washington Post, Teen Vogue, Vulture, Jezebel, the Cut, Curbed and Hell Gate, to name a few, and was previously a staffer at Gothamist. She has very strong opinions about bagels.
