This week, the European Union’s Court of Justice ordered Poland to pay a one million euro daily fine, believed to be the biggest penalty imposed by the EU, on one of it's own member states. Sorcha Pollak speaks to Berlin correspondent Derek Scally about the controversial judicial reforms which have led to this latest sanction .
