2023 Fitness & Nutrition Challenge 

You did it! You jumped in head first in 2023 with us on the 2023 Fitness & Nutrition Challenge with Champion Living Fitness and in the LOOP Breakaway Roping Podcast! Natasha McCann and I have put together an extensive two weeks of Fitness, Nutrition, & Goal Setting habits into a FREE challenge for you and we are PUMPED!

With that being said - here is what to expect!

  • We will be sending you a daily email Starting on Monday, January 2, 2023 for the 2 week FREE Challenge!
  • Each day will be a breakdown of Fitness, Nutrition, & Goal Setting!
  • We want your feedback! If you have questions please DM Natasha or Jordan! More info below

 Week 1 - Goal Setting + Fitness

Natasha and Jordan have put together the Week 1 template of workouts that will look like this: 

  • 3 Workout Templates + 1 Optional Workout
    • We will be using basic equipment (bodyweight, bands, light db or kb)
  • 3 Goal Setting Templates
  • Nutrition Log - we want you to start logging what you are currently eating
  • Sunday - Rest Day

 Week 2 - Nutrition + Fitness

 Natasha and Jordan have put together the Week 2 template of workouts that will look like this: 

  • 7 days of Nutrition Templates
    • Log 5 whole days worth of food
    • Can be pictures or written out or even better is using an app such as MacrosFirst
  • Checkin - Live Zoom Call Middle of Week 
  • 3 Workout Templates + 1 Optional Workout
    • We will be using basic equipment (bodyweight, bands, light db or kb)
  • Sunday - Rest Day

 Week 3 - Fitness + Nutrition + Goal Setting Consultation (FREE)

Natasha and Jordan will talk about how it went - 

  • Live Zoom Call
  • Free 1 on 1 consults scheduled
