Since it's summer in the midwest, there will soon be a zucchini outbreak! There's a few standards, but here are some new Mary Mac approved recipes for using up zucchinis and other squashes that take over your garden. Zucchini pasta, zucchini boats, zucchini rollatini, and even a zucchini chocolate cake!
