Ya Gotta Ciambotta! If you’ve got a garden full of vegetables that is! Ciambotta is a summertime garden treat. When everything seems to be ripening at the same time make this classic Italian vegetable stew. It’s such a versatile recipe...thin the broth and you have soup, thicken the broth, like I did, and you have a fresh vegetable sugo (sauce). Try it, make it your own! #MaryMacSays
