Rose Galbraith is playing Young Viv in the UK revival of Spend Spend Spend by Steve Brown and Justin Greene.Directed by Josh Seymour, the musical comedy is being staged at the Royal Exchange in Manchester this Christmas. Rachel Leskovac, who was nominated for an Olivier Award for her portrayal of Young Viv in the original London production, is returning to the show to play the older version of Viv. Earlier this year Rose played Cecile in the London premiere of Cruel Intentions at The Other Palace. Rose trained at the Royal Academy Of Music and alongside her theatre work has worked across film and television. Scott Alan is In The Frame! Scott is an internationally acclaimed songwriter who has worked with some of the biggest stars of theatre on both sides of the pond. Jordan Frazier is In The Frame!Jordan recently completed her run as Angelica in the West End production of Hamilton.After growing up in the US, Jordan spent several years performing on multiple highly acclaimed cruise ships. After moving to London, Jordan was cast as Zahara in the international tour of Bat Out Of Hell. Despite completing rehearsals, sadly the production didn't open due to the Covid-19 theatre shutdown. Jordan starred alongside Wendi Peters as Ruby in You Are Here at the Southwark Playhouse before joining Hamilton as the understudy for all three Schuyler Sisters. She later became the Schuyler Sisters standby and then took over as Angelica full-time. Olivier nominee Zizi Strallen is our special guest for the 250th episode of In The Frame! Zizi is starring as Laurey in the 80th anniversary concert production of Rodgers and Hammerstein's Oklahoma!, playing opposite Phil Dunster. The concert is directed and choreographed by Bill Deamer with the London Musical Theatre Orchestera playing the full 28-piece orchestrations. Later this year Zizi will reprise her performance as the title role in Cake: The Marie Antoinette Playlist which opens at The Other Palace in September. Zizi received an Olivier nomination for starring as the title role in the West End revival of Mary Poppets, reprising her performance from the musical’s tour. Following public workshop performances last year, Why Am I So Single? will premiere in the West End at the Garrick Theatre with previews from 27th August. Having recently played Shelley in I Should Be So Lucky (UK & Ireland Tour), Melissa Jacques is currently preparing to perform a very special solo show, Songs My Father Told Me I Should Sing. Taking place at the Phoenix Arts Club on Monday 8th July, Melissa will share songs from some of the inspirational artists her dad introduced her to as a kid growing up in Sheffield as well as numbers linked to her career. Melissa has co-written the show with Jamie Alexander Wilson who is also directing whilst musical direction and arrangements are by Sam Hall. Melissa’s regional theatre credits include: Little Shop of Horrors, Me and My Girl, Spend Spend Spend, Crazy For You, Oliver!, Company, Into The Woods and many more. Melissa understudied Donna, Rosie and Tanya in the original West End cast of Mamma Mia! In 1999. She had a total of three stints in the show and later became the alternate Donna. Some of Melissa’s other theatre credits include understudying Madame Morrible in Wicked (Apollo Victoria Theatre), playing Trish in Kinky Boots (Adelphi Theatre) and starring as Carol’s Mum in the semi-staged performances of 42 Balloons (Vaudeville Theatre). Melissa joined the West End production of Everybody’s Talking About Jamie (Apollo Theatre) as the standby for Margaret, Ray and Miss Hedge in 2018. The following year Melissa took over as Margaret to tremendous acclaim and stayed with the production until it closed in 2021. Natalie started her career as a child, playing Young Cosette in the Wets End production of Les Misérables and Louise in Sunday in the Park with George at the Menier Chocolate Factory and cast recording. She was also in the West End productions of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and Billy Elliot.Natalie then spent time in the music world, performing countless gigs internationally. She returned to theatre as an adult and originated the role of Jane Seymour in Six The Musical. Natalie was with the show from its initial Arts Theatre performances in 2017 and recorded the cast album, including her iconic rendition of "Heart Of Stone" which has been streamed over 38 million times on Spotify. Natalie continued with Six through to its original UK tour, including a sell out run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and West End run at the Arts, Lyric and Vaudeville theatres. She was nominated for an Olivier Award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role in a Musical in 2019 for her performance in Six, alongside the original queens.After leaving the West End production at the end of 2021, Natalie returned to Six the following year to reunite with the original cast for three special performances at Hampton Court Palace and to film the show in the West End. Two time Olivier nominee Fabian Aloise is back In The Frame!Fabian is the co-director and choreographer of Kathy And Stella Solve A Murder which is about to open in the West End at the Ambassadors Theatre following two sold out runs at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and a tour. He’s also preparing to make his Broadway debut as the choreographer of Sunset Boulevard starring Nicole Scherzinger and directed by Jamie Lloyd, having received an Olivier nomination for his work on the West End production which ran to huge acclaim at the Savoy Theatre. Some of Fabian's recent work as a choreographer includes the first international non-replica production of Wicked in Hamberg, Germany, the London production of Bring It On, Cabaret in Paris, SpongeBob The Musical on tour and In Dreams in Leeds and Toronto. Originally from Canada, Fabian trained as a ballet dancer in Melbourne, Australia but, after being told he wouldn’t make it as a ballet dancer, pursued a career in musical theatre. As a performer, Fabian appeared in many shows including the West End productions of We Will Rock You and Legally Blonde. He went on to work as an assistant, associate and resident choreographer; he was the resident choreographer for the West End production of Matilda The Musical for five years. Fabian then began working as a choreographer, with his early work including The View UpStairs at Soho Theatre, The Rink at Southwark Playhouse and Evita at Regent's Park Open Air Theatre directed by Jamie Lloyd, for which he received his first Olivier nomination. Originally written as a love letter to Sheffield, Standing at the Sky's Edge has transferred to the West End following triumphant runs at the National Theatre and Crucible Theatre in Sheffield. The show is directed by Robert Hastie, featuring songs by Richard Hawley and book by Chris Bush.Sharlene previously worked in music before transitioning into theatre. She made her West End debut as Lorraine in Hairspray at the London Coliseum, also covering and playing Motormouth Maybelle before touring the UK and Ireland as the alternate Effie White in Dreamgirls. Cameron is originally from New York and has performed internationally in Porgy & Bess, Hairspray and Showboat. In the West End, he has been in Motown The Musical and Tina: The Tina Turner Musical in which he covered Ike Turner. Cameron was in South Pacific at the Chichester Festival Theatre, Punchdrunk’s acclaimed porudction of The Burnt City and received a Black British Theatre Award nomination for his performance as the title role in The Wiz at the Hope Mill Theatre in Manchester. Cameron starred as Melvin Franklin in the original West End cast of Ain't Too Proud: The Life and Times of The Temptations at the Prince Edward Theatre. Ella Karuna Williams is playing Patty Newby in Stranger Things: The First Shadow. Ella is from the US and previously played Patty in multiple workshops of Stranger Things. Whilst taking a hiatus from her run as Anne Boleyn in Six, Laura Dawn Pyatt is currently part of the ensemble of 42 Balloons by Jack Godfrey.Laura first joined the cast of 42 Balloons when the musical had a concert run in the West End at the Vaudeville Theatre. The show is now receiving its fully staged premiere at The Lowry in Salford and Laura is reprising her performance for this new iteration of its journey. 42 Balloons is inspired by the highly improbable true story of how Larry, and his partner Carol Van Deusen, convinced their friends and family to help Larry achieve his dream of flying. Featuring an 80s pop-inspired score, 42 Balloons questions how far you would go to make your dreams come true; is the sky actually the limit, and what happens if it doesn’t all go to plan?Laura joined Six The Musical’s UK & International tour cast in April 2023, starring as Anne Boleyn.
