There is something about political corruption which is especially jarring to the common citizen. We expect our elected officials to pursue their constituents' interests and to work to improve the quality of life for all. When they instead seek ways to peddle their influence or abuse their power for personal gain, it draws significant righteous indignation. On January 7, 2015, Shelly Silver was elected to his 11th straight term as Speaker of the New York State Assembly. He was the leader of the state legislature. Two weeks later, he was arrested and charged with something called Honest Services Fraud. Tune into this installment of In Summation - The Final Word where Paul explains what Honest Services Fraud is and how it fits into the spectrum of political corruption.
