Today, Pastor JD continues to encourage us with the promise that Jesus’ return is coming soon. He believes that the pandemic will end with the Rapture of the church followed by the Great Tribulation. Believers in Christ need not fear. We’ll be taken up in the air when Jesus sounds His trumpet. What a day that will be!

Young Christians learn to live a life worthy of the calling of Jesus Christ by following the example set by older Christians. Are you one of these older Christians? That’s a convicting question, isn’t it? But, as Pastor JD teaches through Titus, we’ll see that the Holy Spirit pulled no punches. We need to be an example worth following. Period.

Christians are here to draw other people into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ. It’s a tall order, but something Jesus calls us to. “Go make disciples of all nations” and “they will know you are Christians by your love.” Such verses, as well as Pastor JD, remind us today that people need to see Jesus through you.

Jesus Christ came to earth as a baby, lived a sinless life, shared the Good News of salvation, and became the spotless sacrificial lamb. He died on the cross to save you! In today’s update, Pastor JD reminds us that Jesus paid it all. You owe nothing. When you believe in Him as Lord, you’re saved for all eternity. Period!

Pastor JD is aware that many of his updates in recent weeks and months have felt heavy and intense to the listener. So, in today’s update, he takes a minute to regroup, ask the Holy Spirit to comfort us, and fill us with renewed faith and bravery. All we can do in these tumultuous times is turn to the Lord and stand strong!

All current events related to the COVID pandemic, global political events, weather-related disasters, and more were prophesied in the book of Revelation. Nothing is a surprise to God. Your relationships with the people you love take work. To give 100%, you need to do such things as examine yourself for stubbornness, work on your patience, and ask for forgiveness. You may have heard the expression, “Ignorance is bliss.” This statement is true when we’re trying to avoid consequences from our actions. We can just say, “Well, I didn’t know.” But today, Pastor JD encourages you to search your heart for signs of deception. Deceit by the enemy is one area you need to identify asap.

We often have a hard time speaking truth. Whether it’s fear of hurting someone, or fear of being disliked that keeps us from it, we need to reassess. Pastor JD reminds us today how hard it can be to say the things that no one wants to hear, but it’s God's truth! And it needs to be said. Don’t turn away when the listening gets tough.

People who are creative like to believe they come up with new things, but the reality is, there’s nothing new under the sun. But we find ways to be different. Satan, however, is 100% a counterfeiter. Pastor JD reminds us today, He cannot create – only manipulate and destroy. Be encouraged that we have the Creator on our side.

We all do things without thinking. But what if we didn’t? Today, Pastor JD reminds us that God allows nothing unless it’s part of His plan. So, on the other side of that, everything that happens has gone through God’s filter. Don’t be discouraged with the state of our world – it’s a sad state – but God is in total control.

Pastor JD will wrap up this checklist in Titus as he continues to ask the question today, are our affairs in order? Our motives, attitudes, and actions will give us clues for where we are falling short in this list, but by God's grace, HE will complete the work that He has started in us.

How are you doing living out the Christian life? Good? No Struggles? Well Pastor JD will continue going through the checklist of things we need to get in order found in this passage in Titus and he will give us some really good news. God is the one who will do it in us... By His Spirit!

Are your affairs in order? That's what Pastor JD will be asking today as he goes through the list of things we need to make sure are straight before we come to the end of our lives. It might surprise you, but we spend an awful lot of time focusing on the things that won't have eternal significance.

We have a tendency to settle down wherever we are; it doesn’t really matter where so long as we have all we need. But today, Pastor JD urges us to not get too comfortable on this earth; it’s quickly being corrupted and will soon burn – you don’t want to be here when that happens. Don’t settle until you’re at the pearly gates.

Does it feel like you never have enough time? Well in today’s update, Pastor JD urges us to pay attention to the signs around us; time is running short, and Jesus WILL return soon. We don’t want to be caught like a thief in the night, so pay attention, don’t be ignorant, and trust only in Jesus Christ and His Holy Word.

People talk about how maybe our reality isn’t true, maybe we’re being controlled, and we just don’t know it. Well, today, Pastor JD reminds us that we’re living in the end times; the written prophecies are happening in real-time. Be skeptical and stand firm in your beliefs, because it’s only downhill until we leave this world.

They say hindsight is 20-20. Have you ever looked back on an unanswered prayer and realized it was God's grace that you didn't get what you asked for? Pastor JD will encourage us that in spite of hard circumstances God is still on the throne, and his sovereign plan WILL be accomplished. What a wonderful truth!

We are living in some crazy times. There doesn't seem to be any direction that you can look where there isn't a message of fear. As Pastor JD shares today, if it were not for the hope we have in Jesus, it would definitely be a bleak outlook. BUT the promises of God are as true today as they were when Paul wrote his letters.

Don’t bite someone’s head off because they’re trying to lovingly correct you, be gentle and humble enough to hear what they have to say.

Don’t take it lightly when the Bible tells you God loves you. Because He loves you so much, that He sacrificed himself for you.

Have you ever needed anything? We want lots of things, we desire to do, or be lots of things, but how often have you been in need and you stayed in that need? Pastor JD reminds us today that God always provides for those who are faithful to Him. It may not be how you pictured, but He always takes care of those He loves.

Does it ever feel like you’re too at home in this world? Pastor JD reminds us today, that we must be careful when it comes to loving the things OF this world. When you have passion for the things that are not of God, it’s like committing adultery, only spiritually. Be careful to see this world for what it is, a temporary home.

Have you ever worked yourself ragged for something you’re passionate about? If we do that for earthly satisfaction, Pastor JD reminds us, how much more should we do that for Christ? We fight every day to earn our eternal crown. Keep your eyes on the prize and don’t get distracted by the whims of this world.

Have you ever slowed down due to self-doubt? We often second guess ourselves and so we take a step back, assess the situation, and proceed how we see best. What Pastor JD reminds us of today, is that – as Christians – we should never slow down. Keep your eyes on Christ so that self-doubt doesn’t hold you back.

The world and its pleasures are tempting. And the work of God can be difficult. You may wonder how on earth you can stay faithful and purposeful for God in this life. Today, Pastor JD will encourage you to simply begin the work God is calling you. Fill yourself up with Him and you’ll lose your desire for anything less.

The Bible is an important tool that points people to Jesus. We can trust that He is the Messiah, and we can be sure that He will fulfill more prophecies yet to come!

People don’t like to be told they’re wrong or sinful. Most people today, when they feel rebuked, will close their hearts to correction. Terrifying times are here and more are coming into this world. And the enemy desires for these trials to riddle you with doubt and fear and cause you to walk away from God. However, as Pastor JD teaches today, as a believer, you can stand firm in your faith by relying on the Holy Spirit and remembering and clinging to God’s word.

This world was meant to be a temporary stay. At best we get maybe 100 years here. And the question is, where do you want to spend eternity… with a God who loves you? Or apart from Him? The decision is yours and Jesus is the answer. Believe in Him, call upon His name, and be saved. This life is but a vapor.

It's easy for our faith to be tainted by the sin and negativity we see in this world. Pastor JD reminds us today that Jesus overcame the world and so will we. This place isn’t our home, which is why we often feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Keep your eyes focused on the prize… your citizenship is in Heaven.

We need to store up treasures in Heaven, instead of on this earth. Don’t get too involved down here, instead, look ahead to where your home truly lies.

When you believe in Jesus and put your faith in Him, you’re told in His word, you’ll face suffering. Pastor JD today will teach on this difficult truth but also encourage you with the reminder that God’s with you through it all, and will deliver you. Even when it doesn’t feel like He will, have faith! God’s too good to just abandon you.

It’s hard to look around at the things going on in the world and not feel discouraged about how evil appears to be winning. But, as Pastor JD explains today, though things seem good for evil right now, it won’t end well for them. They are bound for destruction. They will not win against God and His people.

Satan knows God’s word. And he wields it in people’s lives in such a way as to destroy faith. He subtly twists it and changes it. And by this, many are led astray. Today, Pastor JD warns of this danger and encourages you to know God’s word intimately. It’s your weapon against the enemy. You’re lost without it.

There are many who fear declining health; being a Christian doesn’t mean you’re exempt from this. But today, Pastor JD gently reminds us that the enemy uses our fear, in order to get what he wants. This won’t change. Satan will continue to try and twist things so that by the time the end comes, everything will be backward.

It can be scary to realize just how close we are to the End Times. Today, Pastor JD reminds us that the technology which is talked about in Revelation is already produced and being used today. Let’s not fall into the trap of being ignorant when it comes to Christ’s return; “blessed is he who watches and waits on the Lord.”
