Professor Marie Cope from the University of Mississippi School of Law talks about the Transactional Clinic staffed by UM Law Students and the business law assistance they provide. The Clinic assists those with low income. Possible steps may include registering with the Secretary of State's Office, creating a LLC, getting a tax id number, and filing 10-23 IRA applications.
