Last Wednesday (12/01/2021) the US Supreme Court heard Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. It was about Mississippi’s Abortion Ban. The Opinion won’t be known until this summer but In Legal Terms talked about the case in June of 2021.We’ll have a link to the SCOTUS blog from the case on this show’s information page.
