As a sustainability strategist focused on urban agriculture, water issues and emerging technologies, Henry has visited urban farms in five continents and worked on community and for-profit urban farms.  

 

Eva interviews Henry about his motivation to found Agritecture and venture into the field of climate smart agriculture, the benefits of Controlled Environment Agriculture and the key opportunities, challenges and trends of urban and vertical farming.
