In this special solo episode, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on an incredible year filled with growth, challenges, and heart-centered leadership. 2024 brought so many milestones like welcoming a new grandchild, navigating meaningful conversations through the podcast, and reconnecting with global audiences as a speaker and coach. But like every year, 2024 wasn’t without its challenges. I faced moments of self-doubt and wrestled with the question of balance—between professional achievements and the personal joys of family, rest, and simplicity.
