Sandy Olsson and her husband Norm live in Anaheim Hills, California. They have three grown children and Georgia the Yellow Lab. She is Nana to the nine loves of her life.


Sandy has worked in the business world since the age of 20 professionally, as well as teaching and leading Bible studies and small groups for various organizations and churches. She has facilitated retreats and women’s events over the past 30 + years and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science & Law from Chapman University in Southern California


Because of her passion for women and seeing lives changed, Sandy Founded The Master’s Program for Women in 2000, and started teaching classes on strategic life coaching and leadership nationally and internationally.


Mentoring women in business and entrepreneurs for 15+ years, Sandy welcomes the opportunity to inspire women to reach their highest potential.


Sandy serves on the leadership board of Marketplace Women of OC - serving Christian women in business. She is a Mentor for the MBA program at Biola University and 4Word Women. Sandy is also a Certified Teacher, Trainer, Coach and Speaker with the John Maxwell Team, a member of Toastmaster’s International and a DISC Assessment Consultant.
