My name is Jake Karls and I am 27 years old . I co-founded Mid-Day Squares with my sister and brother-in-law. We like to say that; Mid-Day Squares is what Hershey would be if it started in 2018. We created the first functional chocolate bar: A chocolate bar that is rich in protein/fibre made with REAL chocolate and REAL food ingredients (plant-based). We launched August 2018 in Montreal, Canada and we officially sold 3 MILLION CHOCOLATE BARS in 2.5 years. We built out our own fully automated manufacturing plant that can produce 90,000 bars per day. A proud team of 42 amazing people.
