Dana Vogelmeier began Vogelmeier Consulting to help companies create a workplace where people love to work and will feel fulfilled at the end of the day.
Her 35 years of work experience included more than 25 years of leading diverse teams and working for a multitude of leaders. As a consultant, she has worked with banks, insurance companies, IT companies, higher education, school districts, retirement home companies, and others.
Dana is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner and Dare to Lead® trained.
She holds a master’s degree in Leadership, a designation of Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and is a facilitator for The Association of Talent Development. She is actively involved at the local and national level with the Association of Talent Development and with Rotary International.
Dana is the author of her upcoming book, The Workplace Atmosphere, Transforming the Dismal to the Desired which will be out later this summer.
