My boy passed the torch in this podcast game, shout out to ThomaHawk. Kids today don't know nothin' about burning your highlights on a DVD to make an opportunity for yourself. How many 5'7 NFL receivers do you know? Hawk is the real Status Pro. Some of our years in the NFL and NBA overlapped and the social injustice hit us both hard, but we handled it completely differently. I guess "Remember the Titans" isn't the best sports movie of all time if you're a kid. No limits!

I can't imagine being an only child. When you compare being a father to winning a NBA championship or Dancing With The Stars, I feel like there's no real comparison. Being a girl dad is the best feeling in the world, let me tell you. I give much respect to someone who can admit their faults. We're all just a work in progress.

I promise you the "We Believe" Warriors were like that. Dude told us a crazy story of Stak jumping off couches in the club. Aye man, one of these NBA coaches almost caught my guy Al's hands. He bossed up and forced a trade instead. To go from a sit down with David Stern to partnering with the NBA and running for president, it's wild. Sheesh!

You know what's crazy? Caron Butler was really one of the highest ranked recruits out of high school and had his house raided at the same time. The 180 he did was for his kids and I respect it. Boy, we had a time in Israel. French fries and PJs. I promise you, you have not had that REAL work until you've blacked out with Kobe.

Nick Young or Swaggy P, which one is showing up for his first celebrity boxing match? We have mutual respect because we are the real NBA corner boys. It's crazy, how disrespectful my guy is when it comes to Chicago, but I'm going to show him the real Chi one of these days. I had never heard of a wine bath until I got to New York. We don't follow trends, we shop at thrift stores.

My boy CeeLo came through and dropped some real gems and crazy stories on me and my brother Ahrii. The best music is meant to be misunderstood. Sweet dreams are made of fears in Hollyweird. I think my mans style started even earlier than mine. He really used to pull up to kindergarten in suits with a pocket bible and an iron pipe. Life is all about the peaks and valleys like an EKG!

Only a Chicago kid could sneak into a comedy club pretending to be the cleanup crew and wind up on stage. You know you've made it in Hollywood when you no longer have to audition. The original Flyboy, Hebru Brantley is making art cool and profitable. Growing up as a 6'8 artist from Chicago presented challenges for my boy. Fast-forward, "House full of some Hebru Brantley's" has a healthy price tag attached. I really tried to wrap my mind around why cartoons and comic books are so popular. I definitely lost that argument. We both went to college in ATL. There may or may not be a super stripper character in development after this conversation. What exactly is a splendiferous butt?

My Chicago brother, Steelo Brim, is seriously more than Ridiculousness. When you step out of your comfort zone, that's when you step into your purpose. I was tired of listening to everyone else telling my story, so I started a podcast. That's where me and Steelo can relate, shout out to the Wine and Weed podcast. Reparations was something I didn't really think was possible, but it's doable. Therapy is not something I really understood. Ahrii told me, I need to go back.

I judged people that were homeschooled before I met Teyana, but Jacob confirmed that it might be the way to go.

Let's be clear, DJ Hed wants no smoke. I respect that his brand is not for sale and he likes disruption in the music industry. There's a lot of DJs but he really understands music and the culture. Weddings, Halloween, and theme parks are just a few of the things he doesn't mess with. We all know Nipsey Hussle is 1 of 1, but he breaks down what made him so special.

Did someone say Twitter fingers? The King of NBA Twitter sets the record straight on Kaepernick, tells us the one tweet he regrets, and his true feelings about cancel culture. He breaks down how he emerged out of his pops shadow, Bucks legend Marques Johnson. I really had to ask myself, what can't this man do? He writes, he produces, and he's building his empire with the next generation of black creatives in mind. The marathon continues!

Our OG Eric Dickerson came through and dropped some jewels from his new book "Watch My Smoke". The audiobook is fire! Love the way dude tells a story. I was recruited heavily out of high school. For ED, it was on a whole other level. He was really rolling around in a gold Trans Am in college. We've all heard baby mama drama stories. A real man owns up to his mistakes and tries to make things right with his kids. What would you do if you were the Commissioner of the NFL? Eric Dickerson put us on game in this episode with knowledge and stories that left us speechless.

I played nearly a decade in the NBA with J.R. Smith, on the Knicks and the Cavs. We won a championship together in 2016 that solidified our brotherhood. That same year, we found out just how gritty the Splash Brothers are. Swish goes to an HBCU and we ride for everybody black with a 4.0. He got to know me my rookie year on the Knicks and told us how Byron Scott son'd him in NOLA. If you're not listening by now, get to it!
