EIvan Aristeguieta became a full time comedian after having a successful career as a Brew Master and Food Technologist in his home country of Venezuela. He left the Brewery but drinking beer is still part of his job. He quickly escalated to become part of the new Venezuelan comedy movement selling out shows around Venezuela and Miami-Florida (USA). In the year 2012 Ivan migrated to Australia and took the great challenge of performing comedy in a second language and aimed for Australian laughter. Six years after performing comedy for the first time in English Ivan is one happy comedy-migrant and he’s squeezing all the privileges the First-World can give him. From his own TV show, Lost in Pronunciation, his live stand-up TV special debut, Chorizo Sizzle, to be invited to perform in the prestigious Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal in 2017. ERoss Floate is a designer, writer, podcaster, and bizarrely enough, ethicist from Melbourne, Australia. Over his 25 year career, he’s helped create magazines, newspapers, websites, and apps for some of Australia’s biggest brands. He currently works at Australia’s leading independent experience agency Loud&Clear as a design strategist. His french bulldog, Hitchens, was named Melbourne’s most hipster dog by the Herald-Sun Newspaper, and Ross is quite upset that his dog is more famous than he is. Love the show? As well as playing comedy clubs in London, Ireland, Wales and Scotland, Sarah is also a stalwart of BBC Radio, plus hosted her own radio show on Dalston’s NTS Radio “Sarah Bennetto’s Mix-Tape”, as well as at her cult favorite annual show from backstage at Glastonbury Festival. Sarah is the brains behind Storytellers’ Club, which tours internationally, and guests regularly on huge UK podcasts like Global Pillage, all the great comedy panel shows. You may have seen Nancy there or on various TV comedy showcases over the years: from doing standup in comedy clubs across the US–to performing on “Evening at the Improv” on A & E, or perhaps in her one-woman show, “The Yellowish-Green Girl” on PBS and featured on Nickmom Night Out on Nickelodeon. Norton has toured nationally and internationally, headlining clubs, colleges, cruises and USO tours. Nancy Norton is one of the founders of MENTALPAUSE!
