Show Notes
Neely Gracey was last on the podcast on episode 111, 4 years ago. It’s a joy to have her back on the show today!
Neely is a running coach with her business, Get Running Coaching. She is a 3-time Olympic Trials Qualifier, a 2:34 marathoner, and 69 minute half marathoner. Neely is also the mom of two.
She is the author of the new book, Breakthrough Women’s Running that she co-wrote with Cindy Kuzma.
She is having a really great year with her own running and is about to run the Indy Monumental half marathon this weekend! I am so excited to see what she does in this half marathon. She also shares in this episode that she is running CIM this year.
