Karsta spent the better part of her adult life enduring things that were - fine. She had a house in the suburbs, a minivan, 2 kids, a dog and a good job; all of the things that were supposed to have made her happy. After a divorce, fifteen years as a single mom, a second failed relationship, some serious introspection, healing and bravery she’s learned to search for happiness within herself instead of looking to others for guidance.
After 22 years as a public school teacher, she is now a motivational speaker and mindset coach, using her experiences to help other women face their stories and fears so that they create their own definition of an extraordinary life, instead of enduring a life they think they’re supposed to.
