About Rita:
Rita Ernst is an organizational effectiveness consultant, executive coach, and owner at Ignite Your Extraordinary and the author of Show Up Positive. She has consulted at Gap Inc., Humana, Surgical Care Affiliates, and numerous privately held companies to restore teamwork and positive culture, resulting in improved employee morale, reduced operating costs, and increased profit margins. She has been a speaker, trainer, and article contributor for the Women in Insurance and Financial Services (WIFS) national organization and a recurring guest on iHeart Radio's Ask The Experts radio show on WHAS AM 840. Rita holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Clemson University. She is a former adjunct professor of undergraduate and graduate courses in psychology and business and currently lives in Louisville, Kentucky.
