As the Kings prepare for the upcoming season talk continues from fans and some media regarding GM Monte McNair's contract status. He is entering the final year of his deal. In an exclusive interview with the Sacramento Bee, Team owner Vikek Ranadive was quoted as saying " I think right now the focus is: Let's win". He is 100% correct. Win and McNair will get a new deal! No need to rush into a new contract for the GM now.
