Warriors owner Joe Lacob was fined $500K by the NBA, because he went on a podcast and questioned the league's luxury tax system. The podcast was hosted by Andre Iguodala and Evan Turner. One of Lacob's players, Draymond Green, recently called former players and now ESPN host a racial slur "c##n". No fine...no suspension....nothing from the league regarding Green's racial epithet. So I guess racial slurs are ok if you're a player, but an owner talking about the league's luxury tax is a no-no.
