The reality is we all need mentors and we all need positive reinforcement as we try and climb the ladder in this business. I tell stories about my early years and those that were instrumental in paving the way for my career. I discuss the impact Marv Albert and Chick Hearn had on my career and what I learned from them. I also tell the story about being on TV for the first time like it was yesterday!
