The Sacramento Kings will be in the NBA Lottery for the 27th time tonight....hard to believe a franchise can be that bad for so many years. On today's episode I review the previous 26 picks and share some stories along the way. The first of the 26 was Joe Kleine, the first ever pick of the Sacramento Kings. Little did anyone know at the time that the Kings and NBA Lottery would become an annual ritual for so many years.
