雅思口语P2 Describe a time that you needed to use your imagination(文字版)

Mention about the topic, a time when I decided to buy a house comes to my mind. A couple of weeks ago, I had such an idea. Actually I had to use my imagination to fulfill my dreams and ideas. For me, it would be impossible to afford a house on my own, undoubtedly. What I could do was about talking to my mom and dad, asking for some help and I had to work hard on that as well. You know, I tried many times to think about how to persuade them, just got some financial support. I imagined in the near future I would get married soon if I had my own house, it could be a wonderful place for me to move in, certainly with my future wife. Plus, I also imagined that I might live in my ideal house with my parents as well, this was plan B. Imagined that I would probably persuade them to give me some money. I have been thinking how to make this target come true, and my imagination was the key, I had to make full use of my imagination. It was not an easy task. I tried three to four times, then talked to them seriously. They didn't say nope to me, but I was told they would think about it. I think I might have some chances. After experiencing such a thing, I found the importance of imagination. As an old saying goes, the creative adult is the child who survived. Thanks to my terrific imagination, now I am waiting for my good news. That is it.
