1. Honestly, once upon a time, I decided to make a dietary plan in order to lose weight and keep a nice body shape.
2. Apparently, two things were required, a reliable dietary plan and a regular time arrangement of going to the gym.
3. Meanwhile, I said no to all sorts of red meat, most of the time, I preferred the white meat or vegetable and fruit salads only.
4. All what I have to carry on is like following the dietary plan only.
I decided to make a dietary plan 做了一个饮食规划
Two things were required 两个必要条件
I said no to all sorts of red meat 什么牛肉羊肉我都不吃
