Mention about the topic, a gift that took me long time to prepare might be a pair of running shoes. You know, it was made in England, I spent 12 hundred to buy it. A quite famous brand of sport shoes, the Adidas. The color was in royal blue and metallic grey. My friend is that kind of color fan. A couple of weeks ago when my best friend had his 19th birthday, I gave it to him as the birthday gift. This was my first time to prepare a pair of shoes to my close friend. At the beginning, I went to the biggest shopping mall of my city on my own, 2 hours on the road and 10 mins in the physical store. But it was hard to find a proper one for him. Then I went back home and got one on the Internet, a well known shopping website, the footlocker. You know, the website was originally from foreign countries. Apparently, I had to talk to the owner in English all the time, this was rather disastrous. This is why I would say I have spent loads of time preparing this gift. Eventually, I overcame all the problems and successfully got one for my friend. Quite impressive. That is it.
