Mention about the topic, the friend who can be a good leader is from my real life .His name is Jason and now he is one of my best friends. Normally we have a lot of time to do something that we like; ranging from sport to movie from personal life to regular work . You know actually we have a lot in common in life. He looks rather tall, very strong and a bit taller than me, certainly,he has good temper as well.This is really important. I find that he is a natural leader, I mean it, his leadership, kind of like,it is born with. Not only in the working field but also in real life. For example when we are taking part in certain activities, he does the arrangement, he is the No.1 of us. I think that my friend recommended him to me on a birthday party, till now it has been a while, more than ten years long maybe. By the way, he who is in charge of an international enterprise has a great career. Time arrangement is the point that I have learned from him and he is doing very well in this part. Being late is impossible in his world. Above all, his attitude to life and work can be very important to me. For my part ,I idolized him, that is it.
