Actually, a couple of years ago, I used to make a complaint about the university library when I was studying on campus. You know, the library was open to the public on festivals and weekends. As a result, 50% of the seats is occupied on the weekends, as loads of ordinary citizens who live near the campus like to use this library for study or for fun. The point is that the library should be free free of charge to the undergraduate and postgraduate students only, meanwhile, the public who want to use it more often should pay for it. As a university student, I even couldn't find a proper place to study on festivals and weekends. You know, this was a big problem for most of us who had to get ready for the final examinations.
